Update your iphone app before 12 June
If you use the St Raphael’s mobile banking app on an IPHONE, you will need to update the app in the App Store by 23:00 on Sunday 12 June.
Please do not delete the app.
If you’re an iPhone user, you will not be able to login to the app after Sunday 12 June unless you update it.
How to update app on your iPhone.
- Open the App Store app on your phone.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen – this usually contains your name initials.
- Scroll to the St. Raphael’s app. Tap update next to the app.
FAQ
No, this update applies to iPhone (Apple) users only.
If you have auto-updates enabled or if you already have updated the app, the update option will disappear and you do not need to take any further actions.
If you’re an iphone user, you will not be able to login to the app after Sunday 12 June unless you update it.
No, please DO NOT DELETE the app. If you delete the app you will need a new activation code.
