Little Blue Heroes
Little Blue Heroes is a children’s charity which is made up of Garda members and staff, retired Garda members and their families and friends who support children in Ireland, undergoing long-term medical treatment for serious illnesses. Many of the children who Little Blue Heroes support have a strong fascination with An Garda Síochána, with some recipients becoming honorary Gardaí.
Over the coming year, we hope to hold events with staff and credit union members to raise funds for this great charity which is deeply connected with our members and the wider Garda community.
